Last CyclingSavvy Session of the Season will be held September 14-15!

The last regularly scheduled CyclingSavvy sessions of the season will take place September 14-15. If you have been thinking about it all summer, this is the time to sign up.

You can choose from one, two, or all three of the sessions:

Truths & Techniques of Traffic Riding (Friday evening – September 14): A classroom session about what the law says about riding on the road, and ways to do it safely and effectively.

Train Your Bike (Saturday morning – September 15): Learn how to make your bike behave, from the basics of starting and stopping smooth, through using your gears and braking effectively, and even a few emergency maneuvers. This is a useful session even if you are only interested in riding on trails.

Tour of Portland (Saturday afternoon – September 15): Join us as we ride around Portland and examine some places you may have found challenging. Prior two sessions are prerequisites.

If you are interested but can’t make the September sessions, additional sessions in October could be scheduled at the convenience of interested persons.  Please contact John Brooking for more information.
