Free

MaineDOT Public Meeting in Farmington
WHEN: March 25, from 2PM to 4PM, and again from 6PM to 8PM
WHERE: University of Maine at Farmington, Olsen Student Center, North Dining Hall, 111 South Street
The purpose of this “Talk Transportation” meeting is for the MaineDOT to gather public input regarding any and all types of transportation issues during a series of public meetings throughout the state in February, March and April.
Input from the meetings will help MaineDOT understand the needs of the public and various stakeholders to help us formulate our Long-Range Transportation Needs Assessment.
The Long-Range Transportation Needs Assessment documents anticipated transportation system needs for the future 20 years, with particular emphasis on the next 10 years.
This meeting is an important opportunity to speak up for improving conditions for biking and walking on state roads! By attending this meeting you can help make biking and walking issues more visible among decision-makers at the State level.
