| | Racer during 2005 Trial | Time trials are user friendly races where participants start out 30 seconds apart with no drafting allowed. It's each bicyclist racing the clock. The Hinckley Time Trial, part of the Maine Time Trial Series, runs along the shore of the Kennebec River from the Good Will-Hinckley Campus to Skowhegan and back on Route 201. Serious racers, families, and novices are all welcome, and there are racing categories for all ages, genders, and bicycle types (road bikes, mtn bikes, tandems, and recumbents).
