Augusta, Maine –– The Bicycle Coalition of Maine once again will hold a Super Raffle for an Aegis bicycle frame. You can buy a ticket for $50 - and help support BCM's education and advocacy work.

A total of 250 tickets will be sold. The Maine-made, carbon fiber bicycle is worth $4,500 - and it could be yours for only $50. The drawing will be held on July 21 during the Maine Lobster Ride & Roll.

The Super Raffle is made possible through very generous contributions from Aegis Bicycles, Downeast Bicycle Specialists and the Bar Harbor Bicycle Shop. Last year's Super Raffle raised more than $11,000.

"We are proud to be a corporate sponsor of the Bicycle Coalition of Maine and support their important work," says Pete Orne of Aegis Bicycles. "It's only fitting that we support the leading voice for better bicycling in Maine."

"We're excited to hold the drawing earlier this year so the lucky winner can enjoy their sweet new Aegis during this year's riding season," said BCM Executive Director Jeffrey Miller. "One hundred percent of ticket proceeds support the BCM."

Don't delay, call the BCM office today to buy your tickets!

Advocating bicycling safety, education and access in Maine since 1992, the Bicycle Coalition of Maine is working to make Maine accessible and safe for all residents and visitors so they may comfortably and responsibly bicycle. The BCM also promotes bicycling for transportation, health, recreation and fun to enhance our communities, environment and economy.
