Bicycle Coalition of Maine launches anti-speeding campaign

“All we are trying to do is reestablish a social norm where it is OK to drive the speed limit, or even a little below it,” Bicycle Coalition of Maine Assistant Director Jim Tasse said. “Especially in residential and business areas where people are likely to be out walking or bicycling.”
