8th Annual Portland Plog Pluck
April 26 @ 11:00 am – 2:00 pm

On April 26, Join Runaways Run Club for the 8th Annual Portland Plog Pluck – a city-wide street clean up project – in partnership with the Runaway’s Run Club (RRC) and hosted at AustinStreet Brewery.
If you’re unfamiliar, a plog is a community clean-up effort that combines both litter pick-up and jogging. It’s
a great way to get out into the community, while making a visible difference. This is our 8th Annual Portland
Plog, and our clean-up efforts have resulted in over 1,500 pounds of trash to date removed from the streets
of Portland.
If you’re interested in joining, please know that you don’t need to be a runner to participate, as it’s mostly a little jogging and a lot of stopping. Participants can anticipate a few hours of exploring Portland, cleaning up litter – combining public andprivate community efforts in an event that benefits the city in which we live, play, and work.
