Spring is here, and we’re celebrating on wheels! Take over Commercial Street with Bath’s Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Transportation Committee as we kick off National Bike Month!
From 12-2 pm, we’re shutting down Commercial St near Bridge Park – come revel in a car-free bike zone, visit our Bike Doctor at Bridge Park for basic bike tune ups and pumped up tires, try out Bath at Play’s obstacle course, and win a prize for Best Spring-Themed Costume. (All non-motorized wheels welcome!)
At about 1:30 pm, we will set out for a short, family-friendly group ride around downtown, showing off our spring attire and jamming to some rockin’ tunes!
Interested in crafting a Spring Costume? Visit the Chocolate Church Art Lab during their open hours the week before the party: Monday and Thursday 2-5 pm (all ages) or Wednesday 5:30-7:30 (adults only)! They’ve got materials, enthusiasm, and inspiration!
