Bethel town officials, community members and representatives of the Bicycle Coalition of Maine will join David Brancaccio of Marketplace Morning Edition and Mark Vogelzang of MPBN for a lively discussion about the challenge of developing the economy of a small community, the role that bicycling can play in that growth and how motorists and bicycles can safely share the road.
From 4:45pm to 5:30pm
Following the panel discussion, join Mark Vogelzang and David Brancaccio for a fireside chat where you can learn more about David’s life and background as a reporter.
Audience participation in both portions of the program is highly encouraged.
