Gorham Outdoors Adaptive Triple

Attention!! We are only a few weeks away and the list of registrations and volunteers is not very long. We are giving a deadline of Wednesday, August 11th to make a decision regarding whether the event will happen this year. If the list of registrations and volunteers are less than 50% filled, then we will cancel the event for this year.

If you are someone with cognitive and/or physical adaptive needs, then come join us on Saturday, August 28th at Shaw Park at 55 Partidge Lane in Gorham, Maine for the opportunity to learn about and try archery, biking, and kayaking. Our Gorham Outdoors club is partnering with Northeast Passage, Travis Mills Foundation, Maine Adaptive, and the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide fun and safe introductory clinics on those three activities.

There will be a morning session for school age participants ages 5 to 17 that goes from 9am until 1pm. Check-in for the morning will be at 8am at Shaw Park.

The afternoon session will be for adults and it goes from 3pm to 7pm. Check-in for the afternoon session will be at 2pm at Shaw Park.
