Join BCM staff each week throughout summer 2026 for a casual group ride in Portland with hands-on demos, safety tips, and real conversations about how e-bikes fit into Maine’s transportation future. This new member perk is a great way to connect with other riders, ask questions, try something new, and experience one of the most exciting tools we have for helping more people bike more often. Whether you are e-bike curious, considering a purchase, or simply want to learn more about how e-bikes can help you ride farther, replace car trips, or feel more confident on Maine roads and trails, these weekly gatherings are a fun and welcoming way to get rolling.

Other details: Our office has a restroom and sink available for participants, and you’re welcome to leave personal belongings in the office during the ride.
Please note that our e-bikes do not have water bottle cages. If you’d like to bring water or other small items with you, we recommend bringing a small backpack.
