Award-winning Filmaker biking from DC to Maine

Director and activist Miho Aida is biking 1,000 miles to reach 1,000 allies. She will be in Camden, ME on Friday, July 17th

Along the way, Miho will share her award-winning short film with and engage hundreds of people if not more, asking audiences to support Wilderness for the Arctic Refuge and its Coastal Plain. The Coastal Plain is the calving and nursing ground for the Porcupine Caribou Herd, upon which the Gwich’in people have depended for millennia. To them, the Arctic Refuge truly is “The Sacred Place Where Life Begins.”
