Ride of Silence- Lewiston

Once again the Maine Cycling Club will be participating in the International Ride of Silence Wednesday May 15 at 6pm. We welcome all to come and join us in this important event to commemorate cyclists killed or injured on their bikes by automobiles, and also highlight the importance that we all share the same roads.
The ride starts and ends at the backside of the Lincoln Street garage near Main & Lincoln Streets. It is a very slow 3.5 mile ride through Lewiston and Auburn, which will be escorted by both the Lewiston and Auburn Police Departments. Plan to arrive by 6:15 for the start of the ride. Please wear a helmet and wear light colored clothing. We will ride in silence at a slow pace.
