Trail Riding Clinics for Beginner to Intermediate Riders

Want to try mountain biking or riding on off-road trails? Do you need some tips to improve your trail-riding skills?

In these FREE clinics, you’ll learn about correct body position on the bike, how to use your brakes effectively, how to navigate roots and rocks, and the answers to all your MTB questions.

Be sure to bring:

  • A mountain bike in good, working order. Something suitable for off-road mountain bike trails—NOT paved paths. (Contact us if you’re unsure about your bike!)
  • Water and a way to carry it on your ride (bottle cage, hydration pack, etc.)
  • A helmet (use of one is mandatory)
  • Additional padding and gloves (optional)

***PLEASE NOTE: There is a limited number of spots in each of these small-group classes. Please DO NOT sign up for a class unless you are certain you can attend. If for some reason you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing info@bikemaine.org so we can attempt to fill your spot.***
