Registration is open until 6/22/24 at 9 a.m.
Cancellation/Transfer Policy:
This ride is a fundraiser for the Coalition. Even if you are unable to make it, we hope that you will understand that the registration fees enable us to continue to do our education and advocacy work, and for this reason, registration is non-refundable. If you are unable to make it, you have two options:
- You may transfer your registration to someone else for a $25 transfer fee until June 22 at 9:00 a.m. Please email us at ride@bikemaine.org with the transferee’s full name, and email, and they will be sent a form to complete. The transferee must complete the form before registration closes at 9 a.m. on June 22.
- If you need to cancel your registration and do not wish to transfer it, please email ride@bikemaine.org before June 22 at 9:00 a.m. This enables us to keep an accurate count of lunches and not waste food.
If the ride is canceled by the BCM because of extreme weather, state or local declared emergencies, or any other safety-related reasons no refunds will be given.
