How Bangor plans to make the city more walkable

The city of Bangor and several community organizations have been working to make Bangor more accessible to people of all levels of mobility. Last month, the Bicycle Coalition of Maine installed temporary bollards at the ends of two busy crosswalks on Harlow Street; one in front of City Hall, and one in front of the Bangor Public Library.
