SULLIVAN, ME — The Town of Sullivan Parks and Recreation Committee, in collaboration with the Bicycle Coalition of Maine, is proud to announce a Kids Bike Rodeo on Saturday, May 9, 2026. This free community event is designed to empower young riders with the skills and confidence they need to navigate their neighborhoods safely.
The event will run from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sullivan Recreation Park. Tailored for children up to age 11, the rodeo offers a comprehensive approach to cycling safety, blending technical checks with hands-on practice. Parents and guardians are encouraged to bring their children’s bikes and helmets.

• Cost: Free and open to the public
• Food Truck: Flander’s Bay BB-Q
• Weather Policy: In the event of rain, the rodeo will be cancelled.
