Portland Wheelers Supported Rides
Portland Wheelers is an incredible nonprofit organization that provides experiences for people unable to ride a bike by themselves. They get people outdoors for therapeutic recreation, socialization, adventure, and FUN! This year Portland Wheelers is offering supported rides for the Joy Ride!
How it works: The Joy Ride is the perfect experience to have a family member or friend join along, even if they can’t ride. Volunteers from Portland Wheelers can guide and ride with them on a special bike. This perk is included in the Joy Ride registration fee! If you or someone you know is interested in riding with support from Portland Wheelers, please reach out to travis@bikemaine.org.
