We’re always looking for volunteers to help our event, advocacy, and education teams! Your generosity and expertise helps us succeed in making Maine better for biking and walking.
Please note: All volunteers must adhere to the organization’s current COVID-19 policy.
Specifically, we are currently looking for folks to:
- Volunteer at the BikeMaine Weekend in Bethel from August 24-27, 2023. Click here to find out more!
- Teach all ages statewide how to bike and walk safely year round via presentations, rodeos, and instructional rides. Instructor training & stipends available! Please visit BCM’s Teach with Us page to learn more.
Here are a few other ways you can get involved with the BCM:
- Sign up to take Community Spokes training .
- Assist or propose an “Imagine People Here” infrastructure demonstration.
- Get involved with state policy, such as providing testimony or contacting your elected officials.
